I have read Lew Richardsons blog and listened to his rants at the meetings, He states the absentee members are the ones that count and they are the one that voted him in. Well he finally told some truth.
The absentee members do count, they pay their assessments like all of us who live here. I do believe they are the members that voted him in, because surely the people that live here and know him, know what kind of poison, corrupt person he is and would not have voted for him.
He talks about the CC&R's not being hard to follow, well they are not hard to follow.SOOOOO why is he in violation and has been since he has been here:
#1- he has barbed wire around the top of a cyclone fence.
#2- he has a cyclone fence around the front of his property which is supposed to be decorative fence across the front and 20' down the sides.
#3- he lived in a bunker in the ground on his property before he built.(and before he got the travel trailer)
#4- he lived in a travel trailer on his property for more than 1 year while building.( did he get approval?)
#5- he tried to help bankrupt this association
#6- he sued this association and won??? over a fight he started.
So now why are the CC&R's hard to follow Lew.? Were the rules made for everyone else but you?
The 3 members that ran for the board and was elected made the statements that they wanted to be open and let the members know what is going on TO BE TRUTHFUL, HONEST,OPEN AND NO SECRETS. WELL WHAT THE HE- - HAPPENED? JUST TRY TO GET ANY DOCUMENT FROM THAT OFFICE..
MEMBERS THEY HAVE CONTROL OF ALL OF US. THEY ARE NOT WORKING FOR THE MEMBERS AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THIS BOARD TELLS US JUST WHAT THEY WANT US TO HEAR.
LDPOA MEMBERS YOU NEED TO COME TO MEETINGS AND GET INVOLVED, WE HAVE A DICTATORSHIP HERE AND WE ARE PAYING FOR IT.
